Quickpay highly values the strong relationships and associations it has formed with its clients and supplier network – as our customer, you are all essential to us, without you we have no business to operate.

Quickpay believes the matter of privacy of your direct debit records and client information is a top priority and the company is fully committed to ensuring that data collection by Quickpay is handled circumspectly and with complete and proper respect for the privacy of its customers.

Various security procedures have been created to protect the direct debit, online billing and member information we may collect from you, how this data may be used, with whom we may share this data and for what purposes has it been collected.

What Information is collected and why
Personal and billing information is collected and collated from clients and service members for the purpose of providing fast and efficient direct debit and online payment solutions. This information includes name, address, email contact details, telephone (home and mobile), your organisation’s name and your position within that organisation. Quickpay undertakes that the information assembled will not be disclosed to any third parties unless required to by law or as permitted by the Privacy Act of 1988. Further Quickpay undertakes not to sell or otherwise disseminate personal details collected.

Sharing your information
Sharing of your information is limited to the party with whom you have negotiated the service and from time to time may be used as a benchmark in industry related matters, however no individual will be identified within such publications.

Quickpay fully supports the ‘National Privacy Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information’ launched in February 1998.

Security and Legal Ramifications
Every effort is made to protect personal information provided to us via the Quickpay website, however Quickpay cannot guarantee absolute security. The Internet is vulnerable and liable to penetration by unscrupulous parties, therefore we cannot guarantee the security of any data that may be transmitted via our website.

All information gathered that may no longer be required will be destroyed in compliance with the appropriate laws.

Quickpay may disclose information collected if it believes that, after due care and consideration, a person or persons intends to cause damage or injury to its business and/or its officers, or where the law requires disclosure. Under such circumstances, we reserve the right to identify, communicate with or initiate legal action against such person or persons.
